I’ve always had a passion for leading, and the opportunity to empower other Aggies to be leaders as we go through some significant growth is very special to me. I have learned so much about myself serving as a student leader the past three years, both in the type of leader I want to strive for as I get older and the level of impact a passion for serving others can have on others. Serving as a student leader at Texas A&M provided an avenue for me to live out my value of selfless service every day. I couldn’t have asked for a better leadership experience! I would advise incoming and new students at Texas A&M to take risks and step outside of their comfort zone because there is nothing that can hurt from trying!
